Meet Sheryl Griffin...   

Sheryl’s passion has always been serving people, and real estate became the perfect place to live that out. Before becoming a full-time agent, she spent 18 years investing in real estate across the Southwest - buying and selling rentals, tackling fixer-uppers, and managing her own vacation rentals. That hands-on experience is what she now uses to guide her clients with confidence and honesty.

Raised on Mingus Mountain where her parents ran Mingus Mountain Camp, Sheryl learned hard work early. That work ethic carried her into a 20-year career as a U.S. Forest Service firefighter in Flagstaff, Prescott, and New Mexico. She and her husband also helped manage church camps in the mid-2000s, adding even more leadership and people-focused experience to her toolbox. Today, she uses all of those skills to help her clients navigate the home-selling and buying process with clarity, confidence, and steady guidance.

Now rooted back in the Verde Valley - her lifelong home - Sheryl and her husband enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, traveling to see their kids, and serving in their church. They’re grateful to be part of the Sedona-Verde Valley community.

Sheryl is known for her consistent communication, positive energy, and willingness to go above and beyond. She truly loves being part of her clients’ real estate journeys, whether it's a first home, a forever home, or an investment property.
